Clueless conservatives.

In response to Brett Kimberlin’s attacks, clueless conservatives want to conserve a system that is fundamentally broken, entirely hostile against them, and inherently structured to move ever leftwards at an ever increasing rate.

Michelle Malkin piously complains:

This is a convoluted, ongoing nightmare that combines abuse of the court system, workplace intimidation, serial invasions of privacy, perjury, and harassment of family members. McCain was forced to move with his family out of his house this week, and has just gotten a small taste of what Aaron and Patterico have been enduring over the past year. Aaron and his wife were fired from their jobs after their employer feared the office would be targeted next. Convicted bomber Kimberlin has filed bogus “peace orders” against Aaron, …

Hey, wonder how come a convicted criminal can use the legal system to attack conservatives, but conservatives, many of them lawyers, cannot use the legal system to protect themselves?

The left is the state, and the state is the left. The left is the state at prayer. The judiciary is the mailed fist of the left. Brett Kimberlin provides judges with a legal excuse to do what they want to do anyway, and a fall guy to blame if the action should turn out to be embarrassing. Every single judge, and every single public servant, is a leftist, because if he was not a leftist, they would not hire him. Lawfare works for the left, and against everyone who is not left, because the judges are in on it.

With enough light shone on this operation, the judges may well retreat and throw the entirely expendable Brett Kimberlin to the wolves, only to swiftly replace him with another convicted criminal similarly given early release to do some more crimes against the right and similarly funded by the pillars of the establishment. Blaming the convicted criminal Brett Kimberlin is foolish and pointless, because he is a nonentity, a tool, an entirely replaceable tool, who, having attracted attention, will soon be replaced. There are plenty more convicted criminals where he came from.

It is very helpful to get over the delusion that ideas of liberty commonly held for two centuries in a developing land have been hijacked by the fascist left. Fascism is what is natural to humans, and it was highjacked by liberty for a time.

Tocqueville observed that not only was universal suffrage a detestable element of government, but worse, a powerful revolutionary instrument; that the new democratic equality would prepare men to tolerate being manipulated in all things and often even to see it as a blessing; and to derive consolation from being supervised by thinking that they had chosen their supervisors.

      From which you conclude?

Observing the liberty that people enjoyed and celebrated after the restoration, and observing what democracy has brought us, my conclusion is that liberty is a good idea, and democracy a bad idea. The masses do not love liberty, because incapable of handling it. The blacks vote democrat because they long for the plantation.

It’s surprising how blatant they’re being about it. The left has always been about controlling the narrative and not letting people know what’s up.
