We’ve watched as Star Wars and Star Trek and so many of our myths and heroes have been stolen away. We’ve been told that the patriarchy is evil. We’ve been told that guys should not try to be excellent. And now this has reached the point where it’s having an economic impact.
For those of you who who think stories in Hollywood don’t matter pro, why do you do what you do? Whatever that is. Well, because this actually has a giant psychological impact on society.
Men have been devalued and trivialized and been the villain or the clown of everything for good 20 years. You don’t see a TV commercial where the dad is the hero. He’s an idiot. Or a sitcom where the dad is a hero. He’s an idiot. the 12-year-old is the smart one and they smart off through the whole script and they’re the brilliant one. Which is the call to narcissism for young people. You’re smart. Don’t take the hero’s journey. The world should take a journey to acquiesce to your every need because you’re precious and special and just because you breathe, you deserve a trophy and a crown, but the dad’s a doofus and the mother rolls her eyes at the doofus that she picked as a life partner. And if you do that to any segment of the economy long enough, eventually they begin to believe it.
And so we have 7.2 million men that are able-bodied, able-minded that are not engaged in the workplace right now. They’re doing nothing.
There was a concerted effort from Hollywood, places like Lucasfilm, but beyond a concerted effort to slam men at large and masculinity and to not recognize idea of chivalry and heroism and that men can be the kind of guys who protect those they love and do the right thing and self-sacrifice and go out and do hard work for those that they have determined they shall sacrifice to see them rise. And so instead, we destroy that idea. And there have been victims in this. There are real victims in the entertainment push to destroy the ideal of masculinity.
There’s an economic impact to this. This has huge ramifications at the societal level. It’s not just silly TV and silly movies anymore.
Most people are realizing even those that were pushing it hard that it’s not a good idea to belittle and move aside half of the population but through lies because then they start believing them and then they start actually enacting those lies and becoming those lies.
What is dangerous and sinister, and I mean that sinister, has been the deconstruction of the heroes. Because what that is, if you think about Luke Skywalker or you think about Han Solo and his his arc, or you think about Captain Kirk, they’re not just fantasy characters. They’re the embodiment of the values within the story. They’re the idealization of the values made manifest in the character. And when you destroy a character like Luke Skywalker, what you’re actually doing is you’re saying to the people who said in the 70s and 80s,
“I don’t have a dad, but I’m going to be like Luke cuz he takes on the sins of the father and he goes and becomes something more.”
What you actually are doing when you destroy and denigrate Luke Skywalker is you’re taking that value, that proper masculinity value, and you’re saying,
“It’s not Luke that’s a failure. It’s every one of you jokers out there who believed in that. You’re a failure, too.”
And culture that’s the monstrous notion that was dumped upon an entire generation is your heroes are failures and if you believed in them. If you if you tried to emulate them, you’re a failure. And that’s monstrous. It is. And and and look, it you had willing participants in the institutions that should have isolated it from this. Every single thing was turned into a political situation over the course of the last few years.
“Toxic Masculinity” was purposed for the woke to smash a power dynamic that they felt that existed where none should have, which is an odd way to interpret that merit would be rewarded rather than “fairness”.
Men are sitting in their single mother’s basement playing video games because the entire culture has said you’re a doofus. You’re a buffoon. You’re valueless. Manhood masculinity is toxic by its very nature and so you’re of no value.
It is destroying not only economics but the social fabric as well because we do know the data on kids, particularly daughters, the cues they take from their dad are devastatingly impactful good for even more impactful on little girls. Little boys need uh a hero. Little girls need a hero. Little girls are looking to see how their prince will act. Little boys are looking to see how they will act.
The problem is we’ve told men to stop being heroes their sons and princes to their daughters.
The easiest way to control the population is to demoralize the men and to make them think that they cannot stand up for themselves. If you can get the men to be demoralized you have an easier time to do or implement things that you want to implement. So if you’re trying to change society, I think you’d want to start by targeting the men. And also targeting the relationship between fathers and their children, demoralizing and breaking up families.
Woman are told to go try and be a man essentially and then they fail at it. Which is also also demoralizing for women.
Women are told that they are morally better than men, because inherently less violent and aggressive — but women are passive aggressive, they continually try to destroy all other women and diminish their reproductive success, while men generally don’t do that except against particular men whom they consider enemies. Women are kinder, yet in practice, men give a lot more actual help to those that need it and deserve it. A woman will sympathize with you, even if you are at fault she genuinely regrets that you are hurting, and wants you to feel better, but a man is a lot more likely to actually give you a hand when you need one.
We have made men and women enemies with these stories, by elevating women in ways that are plainly untrue and that actual women cannot perform to and would not like it if they could.
People like Bob Iger were the primary causes to massively damaged culture, setting men and women at odds, in the world in general and the United States in particular, by demonizing men.
Men and women are not having romantic relationships. They are hooking up — and a very small number of men are hooking up with a very large number of women while the rest of the men jerk off.
These stories, they structure lives. The more you love the story, the more it becomes a fabric of you. And some of the most important stories we call sacred.
Step out and take the adventure. Whether you’re a a woman or a man, take the adventure. Slay the dragons in your world and become better than you were before.

Andrew Anglin. Had views that made him hated among people like Chris Brunet. And in addition to his current persecution. It seems there is no critical mass of people willing and able to support him.

Re: possible temporary alliances — a primitive but frequently functional filter is asking yourself: is this guy a Jew first and an American second, or is he an American first and a Jew second? Is this guy a spic first and an American second, or an American first and a spic second? And all the way through the list reaching the highly rare but still real functional perverts, women, democrats, and even old school commies.
Of course, the “American first” doesn’t automatically translate into “he’s a sound person”, but rather this places him in the category of someone who is possibly a sound person. It’s a starting point.
As I’ve mentioned before in the past, once all the “I’m a Jew first” Jews left Russia in various waves lasting a hundred years, bringing the population down from 8 million in Tsarist times, to a mere 190K today (people with a Jewish parent), and about in all 300K if you count drops of blood from great-grandparents, this great filtering out left a combination of a minority of oligarchs, and a majority of Jews or part-Jews who are Russians first and Jews second. I would say almost for everyone we can apply criteria tests such as dual loyalty, time spent, specifics of place of origin, and ghettoization as additional parameters. Are “anti-woke” Jews, chinks, and pajeets anti-woke in the name of preserving their host society, or in the name of harnessing their host society’s energy for their “real homeland”, be it Israel, Taiwan, India, or what have you.
With any diversity group it can be very important if they’re a group that has been around for more than 3-4 generations, or did they arrive yesterday? Additionally, do they come from a cultural space that has at least something in common (such as coming into England from a former Brit colony, into France from a former frog colony, etc), or are they from some completely random place of origin? Or if it’s a continental former empire — are they internal diversity that has been around from before electricity, or are they again random newcomers?
Do they as a demographic cluster at least make an effort to “be Belgian” or “be Canadian” or do they rather “terraform” (wogify) the host society chunk by chunk? Do they behave like citizens with a stake in the common wealth and safety, or are they feral savages looking for ways to violently or manipulatively extract resources from the “local rubes”?
Finally, but supremely importantly, if all of the above is covered in a positive way, do they realize that this host society which they’ve thrown their lot in with, and a doing their best to be a legit part of, that this host society cannot survive a lot of things, including aggressive population replacement? That it’s one thing to have 10%, even 15% functional diversity, absorbed in a controlled and measured manner over 2-3 generations, another thing to be completely overrun in a single generation? That this kills the host society which the diverse gent has chosen to honestly throw his lot in with?
On a side note, in EE, after a century+ of warfare and shifting border, today most of the countries (maybe all of them, at least all I’ve checked), have significant chunks of “diversity”; either from from neighboring countries, or as heritage of intra-imperial population movements in centuries past when they were all part of the Ottoman Empire, the Austrian Empire, or the Russian Empire.
Once the eastern block fell, the EE countries took a number of western things literally. Like China today took literally the green stuff, and begun producing “green energy tech” that actually really works, Eastern Europeans also took a lot of stuff about democracy and the free market at face value, including the need for political representation.
So if you look at the lists of political parties of a random EE country today, you’ll see at least one party openly advocating for the local diversity chunk. Frequently these parties are in parliament. Kraut diversity in Hungary? Kraut party represents them. Hungarian diversity in Serbia? Hungarian party represents them. Those with gypsies or turks as sizable minorities have gypsy and turk parties. Polacks. Slovaks. Russians. If there is a minority, it gets its representation.
In other words, if you’re a nigger and being a nigger is more important than the identity of your host society — here is a nigger party for you. You’re a wog? Here’s a wog party then. Clearly labeled, above-board stuff. Taking the idea of political representation at face value and actually running with it. I see a point in this. If a Jew is assimilated — fine. You are a kid. You cannot run your Dad’s household, and even less can you run it if your Dad will not. His job. You cannot do it, should not do it, and you are not allowed to do it.
Don’t be obsessive-compulsive. This is giving in to passions in an uncontrolled and barbaric manner. Your purpose isn’t to fix your Dad’s kingdom or to own your sister.
Build yourself. Control your passions. Do not obsess. Everything in life has a poison twin. The poison twin of passion and purpose is toxic obsession and compulsion.
Build yourself, build your kingdom, big or small, build relations with other men. When the time comes, be the example of how to be a father and a husband and a free citizen. Do not despise your family members, don’t spiral into hubris. Do to obsess about your sister. Do not obsess about your father. Learn spiritual discipline and focus. Build yourself. The more you live your life in a convincing and inspiring manner, the more even a tiny facial expression or short remark you make will influence people — far more than any meltdowns an obsessive kid can have.
Your father likely is running on fumes, with 0.5% of his brain power and will power left to handle the world. Provide an example how to be an adult who managed his life in a way that he always has at least 30% energy in the power banks, and not a constantly drained shell.
Invest in yourself, don’t invent excuses to despise your family. Leftists do that.
Get your Dad and sister to believe that you’re no longer a histrionic little tyrant for a few weeks, and start gently taking them out on “dates” just to chill together, or even at home. Given the likely age-range, Omni’s exuberant behavior makes more sense, and I’m reminded of J. Elvis Weinstein, the original Tom Servo during the first season of my all-time fav TV show MST3K. While obviously quick-witted and talented, Weinstein was still only 17 at the time, quite a bit younger than the rest of the cast. He enthusiastically stepped over the established scripts with improvisation, causing frustration when he was immaturely trying to impress to keep up with the big boys.
Weinstein, alas, was shown the door but went on to becoming a successful writer in showbiz and later performed again with the MST3K cast during the Cinematic Titanic project and original show reboots. Raw talent is valuable, indeed, but must be tempered by often grueling experience.
The latest Diablo 4 expansion contains a bloated 20 hours or so of cinematics mostly concerned with the continued subversion of prior Diablo lore to make girlboss NPC Lilith the most morally grey of the baddies and thus sympathetic to the player. It’s so tedious and I wouldn’t be surprised if the majority was churned out by libtard-lobotomized AI.
The base gameplay of looting and levelling still amuses in moderation, but it’s depressing how so much development goes into narrative rather than gameplay these days. CRPG means watching or at least listening to NPCs drone on excessively when I want to play. Other than Conan Exiles recently getting a UE5 upgrade, sandbox games are unicorn rare these days.

The military can be a great time, but I would not recommend it to a young man in current social conditions. It’s best if you’re going in with awareness of what you’re getting into, and that’s going to require a degree of life experience an 18 year old just isn’t going to have.

Lots of men expect and desire danger and excitement, which can be true depending on command presence, training event, and/or unit type, but chances are not going to get it the majority of the time. I expected something like what HBO’s Generation Kill depicted, and talking to those around during GWOT, that did use to exist, but it largely doesn’t exist now. Tan belt MCMAP course is now 99.9% non-contact… which is both demoralizing and terribly bad for training purposes. IOC still has full contact fighting, but hard to get there. Hegseth has been a massive change, but I can definitely see a lot of hesitating among leadership, partly because some are pussies, partly because of real fear that should the next president be a leftist, they get purged if skylined by jumping on board with Hegseth. Re: 20th century war style casualties. Did a week-long deep dive into the Russian-language internets.
Summary:
1) After the first chaotic year the Ukraine war settled into a war of attrition, with flareups here and there, but the overall statistics reflect an almost automated self-maintaining process – both sides lose about 1K a month. Impossible to say what percentage is death and what is crippling wounds and shell shock, in this type of war. Maybe we’ll know 5 years after the war’s end. But casualties on both sides are broadly 1K a month.
2) This means 30 000 men lost on each side every month. Around 400 000 a year on every side. The grinder is grinding away for real.
3) Both sides are constantly operating at zero, meaning the overall size of the army stays constant. Every month they receive a fresh 30K batch, and lose an old 30K batch. It’s a ‘just in time’ operation on both sides. The Ukrainian side poaches these 30K off the street and shoves them into vehicles, the Russian side still operates on a more voluntary principle.
4) Medvedev said that 400K people signed the contract in 2025, and this is obviously true. What he doesn’t say is “this replaces the previous 400K we lost the prior year”.
5) There are two and a half categories of people signing the army contract on the Russian side. A) free citizens; b) convicts; c)(the blurry middle) drunks and junkies who used to be taken off the street to dry out in a cell or a state clinic, but now when they come to, they have already signed the contract and are being shipped off to training; not unlike the old-timey ocean empire approach of western Europeans, when some dumb fuck is being bought drinks by really nice chaps, and when he comes to he is on a ship in the middle of the ocean and has signed a contract to help colonize Angola.
6) The free citizens get a bonus of 300K rubles from the feds and about another 700-800K from the oblast budget. Big lump sum, but part of it goes into frenetic shopping from army stores for good quality gear. Then he gets an average monthly salary while serving, which doubles when he sees action and shrinks back to its original level when he’s not seeing action. If wounded – another monthly salary. If crippled – another 300K. If dead – wife or some family gets a cool 5 million – enough to buy and rent out some small apartment, get a new car etc. If not squandered – a comfy cushion until forever. If he lives, upon coming back he gets the full GI Joe bill thing – higher education, public transport, extra medical care, additional pensions and perks, his kids get the best kindergarten places, his wife goes to university without having to take an exam.
7) The convict does not get a sign-up bonus. He does get the same monthly pay and the same perks for seeing action or getting wounded. His family gets the same 5 million if he croaks. If he survives, he does *not* get the GI Joe perks. All he gets is his accumulated monthly pay, and a clean slate. Also, the free citizen has a bunch of options, while the convict is only ever assigned to the stormer attack squad.
8) Prison population in the Russian Federation is down 40% as of this year. Over 60 prisons and labor camps are closing down due to lack of “customers”. In “comfier” prisons in the moderate climate belt, fewer convicts take the contract. The arctic permafrost labor camps are now empty.
9) The contract itself can be a 1 year contract, a 3 year one, or a 5 year one. However, while the “partial mobilization” law is in place, even the 1 year contract *is automatically renewed* every year, until the war ends. You sign a 1 year contract, you stay there ten years, if it lasts ten years.
10) The Russian soldier gets a fortnight off twice a year. Goes back, spends some dough, slaps the wife around, returns to the war.
11) Since the contract is renewed automatically, no one ever comes back, unless they come back missing a leg. So for now the only men trickling back are cripples, the severely shell-shocked, and the soldiers on their two-week leave. The healthy ones do not return for long, and cannot return for long until the contract stops automatically renewing itself. Some die the second they step on the ground in the Ukraine, some are still alive years on, and some return after getting shrapnel in the lung and a blastwave to the head, but then heal up, get restless, and try to reenlist.
On the Russian side the approach thus far seems to be with an emphasis on population eugenics and social lift for the proles (their families, rather), while on the Ukraine side it’s more of a “genociding the natives at random” thing.

Not every day and not every month is the same, but the fluctuations are not super sharp, and the average is this. This month the Ukrainian side appears to be losing around 1.2 a day on worse days, per Russian press releases.
Casualties in Russia are highly selective. In my working-class apartment, the landlady told me that many of her friends had lost sons and husbands, while two software engineers, who live in different cities and don’t know each other, told me they don’t even know anyone who’s serving.
A 50ish guy on the train told me how a friend of his was wounded, went home to recover, and re-enlisted, three times. So Russia evidently has the means to evacuate and rehabilitate casualties.
While hitch-hiking I accepted a ride from a veteran who was discharged after a traumatic brain injury and used his bonus to buy a car and a village house. He seemed perfectly normal to me. When I remarked how terrible drone warfare is, he flatly said, “All war is terrible.”
How frustrated are normie Russians especially in the lower classes (who apparently make up the vast majority of the military) that there is a persistent and prolonged war of attrition.
Also I do not believe Russia is losing the same or more people than Ukraine I believe Ukraine is losing 3 to 5 men for every Russian because Ukraine will not cede territory and occasionally launches insane offensives while Russia by and large has been content to fire shells and attack with drones launching attacks to take ground only in extremely favorable situations.

*Cominator*, the precise casualty figures will only possibly come out years after the war is over. However, in trad military doctrine the attacking side is supposed to have a 3:1 numerical advantage over the defenders, in order to have a chance of winning, not least of all due to expecting heavier losses than the defenders.
This doesn’t count in situations like the Krauts+assorted Europoors invading the USSR in 1941, or Bush the 1st invading Iraq in 1991, because in both cases the invaders were technologically and organizationally superior, belonging to a more “advanced” society. This is not the case in the Ukraine war. This is a war between Russia N1 and Russia N2. Belarus is Russia N3. In the Ukraine and Belarus and Russia the underlying infrastructure is identical, the underlying culture is identical.
Anyone over 20 years of age has been shaped by identical Soviet and post-Soviet forces. Anyone over 40 went to identical schools and served in identical armies, grew up in identical commie blocks and took identical busses to identical places of work and drove identical cars to identical dachas while wearing identical clothes and listening to identical music. Some surface political differences have accumulated since the mid-2000s, but that’s like 10%, 20% at most. The remaining 80-90% are identical.
Before the war national stats were mostly identical, from life expectancy (sliiightly higher in the Ukraine, due to softer climate) to drinking to smoking to crime to what products the average grocery basket is made up of. To major national exports not counting oil and gas. Agricultural produce in both cases. (in all three cases in fact, Lukashenko is a fanatical believer in foodstuffs) To identical heavy industry inherited from the Soviets. The pre-war population ratio was an imaginary 40 million vs an imaginary 140 million. Likely somewhat less in both places, but with likely the same ratio nevertheless.
In this war between Russia N1 and Russia N2, if the ratio of losses is not 3:1 between invader and defender, but is 1:1, this means the defender is being 300% more incompetent/demoralized than the invader. All thing being equal that is; again, we still don’t know the full scope of how drones have made warfare mutate. Terrain also matters. Western Ukraine is covered with epic mountains and ancient forests. Eastern and Central Ukraine have Shire topography – grassy flatland with rivers and meadows and fields and the occasional batch of hills and clumps of trees. Not terribly conductive to survival in drone warfare. Or any other warfare for that matter.
Both sides claim the other uses “endless meatwaves” in zerg-rushes. That’s probably true in specific cases. And when there’s a sudden push, some glorious offensive or glorious counter-offensive, or troops get trapped in a cauldron, or wiped out on parade by some missile, this certainly skews fatality ratios, but on the whole, year for year, my deep dive tells me it has, at least for now, stabilized into 1:1.

What are you talking about? Apart from 2022, the war has been dominated by static firepower. If the firepower and/or exposure to firepower is unequal (the Russians retreat, the Ukrainians hold on way past the point of sanity), why would the casualties be the same? Ukraine has insisted it has a drone advantage, Russia has disagreed or claimed a plane/artillery/missile advantage- regardless, we shouldn’t expect casualties to be the same.

Since the middle of 2024, the ratio has been going into one direction, and today is something like 1 dead Russian soldier exchanged for 40 dead Ukrainian soldiers.
It is tempting, of course, to assume that this reflects the casualty ratio. If we take a step back, however, what this incredibly skewed ratio of exchanged bodies rather reflects, is the slow and relentless geographical advance of one side.
If side A is constantly advancing in a slow and methodical manner, and side B is constantly slowly retreating, then it is side A that “inherits” the fields of death, as it advances. The corpses then get identified, your own side’s get sent back home, and the other side’s are stored and await official exchange ceremonies.
Additionally, both sides suffer massive “missing in action” numbers, which they treat with opposing methods: the Kiev side prefers to keep them “missing” instead of “killed”, for power point purposes, whereas the Moscow side waits a few months and then classifies the missing as killed (which then sets into motion the payments and provisions for the families etc).
It’s a mess. However, “experts agree” (taken with a pinch of Volodemort cocaine of course), that the lists of officers lost in action are identical on both sides. The grunts get lost in the statistical quagmire, but the officers are being counted far more precisely, and the ratio there is 1:1.
Two mostly identical Russias grinding each other down. One slowly advancing, the other slowly retreating. 50 year old Ivans with bad backs and stiff knees in the trenches on both sides, looking up with frightened faces at incoming drones. The Ivan on one side dies and thereby finances his family’s bumping up into a higher income bracket, the other Ivan does not, he grabbed off the street anyway, and is likely classified as missing to put off whatever pity payments exist, unless his body is officially given over.
But it is not slow and relentless. There is a whole lot of movement backwards and forwards, just the net movement is always substantially in Russia’s favor — they generally gain two or three times as much as the Ukrainians — a substantial disproportion, but not enough to explain a forty to one exchange of bodies ratio.
Plus, it is obvious that despite comparable rates of recruitment, the Russian army is growing, and the Ukrainian army is shrinking.
Nah, the difference is that Russian officers are generally leading from in front, and frequently go deep into enemy held territory, while Ukrainian officers invariably lead from far, far behind.
Roughly equal officer casualty ratios would suggest roughly forty to one grunt casualty ratios.
Kiev regime: one of the more official methods of determining who gets sent to the front is the salary. If a guy’s monthly wage is lower than a specific threshold, than he has no value for civilian society.

The combat role of a Russian commissioned officer is fundamentally different to the role of a Global American Empire commissioned officer, in that he actually does have a combat role.
Thus if Russian commissioned officer casualties are comparable to Ukrainian commissioned officer casualties, Ukrainian grunt and NCO casualties are enormously higher than Russian grunt and NCO casualties.

“Interactive movie” seems to be the gentle euphemism most favored in criticism of Mixtape.
There are actual games that are interactive movies — they give you choice points, and depending on what choices you make the story proceeds in a different way, usually with the protagonist succeeding or failing. With Mixtape however, the story just rolls along its anti heroic path to its anti heroic predetermined conclusion no matter what you do or fail to do.
There is no obvious woke content as woke is conventionally understood, except that the characters are not merely anti heroic, but absurdly over the top in their outrageous anti heroism, and yet look at the sides: the usual “modern audience” types seem strangely excited by this supposedly indie game — which was somehow able to spend very big bucks on the music. Not histrionic screeds one usually gets in “this super important book about the Jews”, neither “this amazing book that bashes antisemites”. The books are enormously erudite and even-handed, maintaining an old-school standard of thought and structure that has long since been lost in the world. The live action One Piece is pretty good. All the males have combat roles, even the cook, while all the females have support roles. And they recently wonderfully ridiculed the Girlboss trope.

On the other hand, male characters always need to be rescued, female characters never need to be rescued, even when plot and story logic should require a rescue, a plot hole promptly develops to avoid the rescue of a damsel-in-distress.
