Detain the FBI Joint terrorism task force

Officially what has happened is that Trump has repurposed the FBI Joint Terrorism Task force to find Trantifa terrorism instead of straight white male Christian terrorism.

For forty years the FBI Joint Terrorism task force has been monomaniacally searching for straight white male Christian terrorists, and over the years as they searched and searched and searched and never found any, they have slowly been getting weirder and weirder and crazier and crazier. This is why FBI shills usually glow in the dark. They have lost track of the boundary between themselves, the voices in their heads, and external reality. They cannot pass as normal people. They don’t just need a purge, they need an exorcism.

When Bush tried to repurpose them from straight white male Christian terrorism to brown Mohammedan terrorism, it had absolutely no effect. They were crazy back then and have only become crazier since then. It seems unlikely that Trump will be any more successful than Bush was.

I hope that what is actually going to happen is that the men in white coats with butterfly nets catch the existing FBI joint terrorism task force, stick them in strait jackets for their own safety and the safety of others, stash them in the loony bin, and we get all new personnel in an all new FBI joint terrorism task force.

But officially, that is not what is happening. And Kash Patel does not seem like the man we need to do it. Unless it does happen, we are not going to get any progress against Trantifa.

The problem is not just that they are all leftists. The problem is that they are leftists who have been full time searching for what is not there, and people who look too hard for what does not exist tend to lose their connection to external reality.

Personnel is policy. At the time of the murder of Charlie Kirk, the FBI Joint terrorism task personnel were not only leftists, but leftists with even less connection to reality than passes for normal among leftists.

If someone has beliefs that are objectively absurd, readily falsifiable, and dangerous to himself and others, and these beliefs differ from those of everyone around him, we instinctively treat him as a dangerous loon. If someone has beliefs that are objectively absurd, readily falsifiable, and dangerous to himself and others, and these beliefs are held by those around him, we tend to not treat him as a dangerous loon, even though group support makes his beliefs more dangerous, because we are nervous about coming into conflict with a group. If the group is composed of powerful people, we tend to allow these beliefs inside the Overton Window, even though such beliefs need to be ejected from the Overton window, and these people need to be ejected from society. Giving the demented an executive order did not do Bush much good, and it will do Trump even less.

BREAKING: The FBI has fired agents photographed kneeling during a 2020 racial justice protest that followed the death of George Floyd, AP sources say.

Seems like it.

The reactions of libs on Bluesky are quite funny

You beat me to the draw, alas.

Hesiod says:

The AP reports this evening that Patel has fired 20 FBI agents who were photographed kneeling during a George Floyd virtue-signaling session in ’20. Based on the photo, this will hurt the bureau’s Clarice Starling division the hardest.

It’s a start.

Sporadic Commenter says:

Bongino signaled before the Kirk shooting that he has come to grasp the enormity of the (governance-complete) FBI disloyalty problem, but after the shooting it looks like he and Patel understand what time it is and are trying to clean house.

It may not be possible to actually clean house all that much in the agencies. The massive ICE expansion/recruitment, an army of mostly MAGA volunteers, can be the substitute while the older forms are maintained to keep up appearances.

Sporadic Commenter says:

Scratch the Patel part — it seems he is still defending the FBI “rank and file” on his X account.

Mossadnik says:

Jim, what’s your explanation for this Trump post from several days ago?

After getting to know and fully understand the Ukraine/Russia Military and Economic situation and, after seeing the Economic trouble it is causing Russia, I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form. With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe and, in particular, NATO, the original Borders from where this War started, is very much an option. Why not? Russia has been fighting aimlessly for three and a half years a War that should have taken a Real Military Power less than a week to win. This is not distinguishing Russia. In fact, it is very much making them look like “a paper tiger.” When the people living in Moscow, and all of the Great Cities, Towns, and Districts all throughout Russia, find out what is really going on with this War, the fact that it’s almost impossible for them to get Gasoline through the long lines that are being formed, and all of the other things that are taking place in their War Economy, where most of their money is being spent on fighting Ukraine, which has Great Spirit, and only getting better, Ukraine would be able to take back their Country in its original form and, who knows, maybe even go further than that! Putin and Russia are in BIG Economic trouble, and this is the time for Ukraine to act. In any event, I wish both Countries well. We will continue to supply weapons to NATO for NATO to do what they want with them. Good luck to all!

Presumably, he’s bluffing to pressure Putin on behalf of the Thermidorian Coalition.

But I’d like your (and the gentle men’s) take here.

dharmicreality says:

This lends weight to my theory that Trump wants Empire after all, but only without the inconvenient bits like globohomo woke. Which ultimately won’t work out well for him.

Recognizing Russia’s legitimate demands for regional security and sovereignty will be a better position to take, though it will probably infuriate the lunatic war faction no end.

Fidelis says:

Very interesting choice of words. I believe he is not talking to Russia, he is talking to the bloodthirsy europoor bureaucracy.

with the support of the European Union,

With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe

“You do it.”

the fact that it’s almost impossible for them to get Gasoline

“You’re freezing all winter because you attacked your primary supplier of fuel.”

I don’t think they’re listening. Prepared to eat my words, but Trump is not going to escalate in the Ukraine. However, he is playing far far far too nice with the insane war faction that is trying to grind up every white man, and eventually woman, in Europe. My bet is Don still lives in “normality”, where Russia is a week away from surrender, Europe is a powerhouse but just a bit too eager to pay out welfare, and the eurocrat bugs are not actively trying to kill every white man they can find, they are just following incentives or somesuch. He is going to get a lot of people killed for this. Alf, I would work on having a foot out the door if I were you.

Jim says:

The proxy attack on Russia’s fuel supply, using Nato weapons launched from nominally Ukrainian vessels operating in Nato waters supplied and equipped by Nato, and using Nato overwatch to guide the weapons, is quite effective. So not a bluff. It is an ongoing attack. On the other hand, attacks on civilian infrastructure have never much affected a nations military capability, while killing off the entire male population of a country on the battlefield has always proven completely effective. (I would guess Nato runs out of Ukrainian cannon fodder in June 2026 or so, just in time for the 2026 elections)

Mayflower Sperg says:

Ah yes, the desperate struggle to survive in war-torn Russia. It’s a Sunday morning and the gas station next to my apartment is busy, but there’s no line. 56.75 rubles for a liter of 92 octane. The lowest price I ever saw anywhere was 46.

The basic monthly wage is 50,000 rubles ($600) of which the basic rent takes 15,000 ($180). Within a five-hour drive of Moscow, these figures double.

My city is within drone range of Ukraine, and people have been killed in cities farther east, but I have not seen or heard a drone ever.

Whole neighborhoods were built this year, with dozens of mid-rise apartment blocks painted in bright colors. Looks like most of these new apartments are empty; Muslims can’t afford them and white people aren’t starting families.

It’s the same sad, boring, inexorable demographic decline as every other country whose name doesn’t end with “-stan”. Muslims don’t conquer, they fill empty space. In liberal-democratic countries they’re a weapon used by the ruling class to crush the native population; elsewhere they’re just cheap labor to be ruthlessly exploited by Chinese oligarchs.

Jim says:

The entire world, except for black Africa and a few stans, is now suffering roughly simultaneous demographic collapse, which collapse has rapidly accelerated over the past eight years., most of the Middle East included. It is obvious that Afghanistan is doing fine. How are the other stans doing?

What seems to be happening is collapsing marriage formation, and such few marriages as happens soon dying, either in formal divorce, or the married couple mentally checking out of their marriage.

The problem in China seems to be the one that is most openly examined. The problem is that women are pricing themselves out of the market, mostly by individual choices, partly by divorce and family law making marriage a really bad deal for men, partly by divorce and family law being re-interpreted in ways ever more hostile to men, which the communist party is trying to reverse, yet in a remarkable display of impotence for a supposedly totalitarian dictatorship, is unable to stop.

In America, the best examined problem is women who are only interested in mister one in thirty’s booty call, until they start running out of their fertility window — and then, when their value is declining, those few of them that manage to get married anyway want to remake their husbands, retroactively raising the price of marriage after getting married, and to the extent that they succeed in getting what they supposedly want, lose all desire for their husbands.

At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Hesiod says:

An amusing incident recently in Portland is rapper Ice Cube’s tour bus being firebombed with the not-discreditable theory being the word Ice on its sides making it an irresistible target for antifa. Whatever the temporal motivation, it may also be a case of karmic payback for Ice Cube’s recent War of the Worlds film. See Critical Drinker’s review for details.

A2 says:

ICE ICE Baby.

Mossadnik says:

Antifa should be recognized as an international terrorist organization; this will give you greater power to dismantle them, plus the whole world needs to know that it’s time for demoniacs to get REKT.

Mossadnik says:

I mean, screw legality bla blah blah, just kill those radical leftists. You can just do things. If you’re fighting a mini hot civil/holy war, you should fight to win. Antifa needs to literally, physically, biologically die.

Mossadnik says:

And I don’t mean to fedpost. But Trump already has an army. He should deploy it.

Jim says:

A major step towards martial law and the insurrection act.

Pete Hegseth is our guy. This appears to bypass the useless FBI, whose command structure is full of the entirely deranged.

We shall soon learn what the big meeting of generals was about. Might well be prep for civil war.

Anonymous Fake says:

Any comments about Tylenol being discovered as the cause of autism? It wasn’t directly vaccines, but Tylenol was increasingly used as a treatment for fever after vaccination, and we have more vaccinations now. The crazy thing is how long they missed this, and how they thought vaccines were completely unrelated to autism, though there were only 2 degrees of separation so any trivial model should have caught on to this.

Jim says:

I don’t believe Tylenol is the cause of autism. It is likely it is a major cause.

Cloudswrest says:

In related news, acetaminophen depletes the body’s main endogenous antioxidant, the tri-peptide Glutathione. Overdosing depletes it to zero and causes the liver to die. The primary antidote to Tylenol overdose is NAC. In the ER they IV it right into you for Tylenol poisoning, the amino acid Cysteine being the rate limiting amino acid for the liver’s production of Glutathione. When taking Tylenol it is recommended to take an equivalent amount of NAC. N-AcetyleCysteine is the acetylated form of Cysteine. Acetylation increases bioavailability of many substances (e.g. Heroin is the acetylated version of Morphine, aspirin is the acetylated version of salicylic acid). The FDA has been trying to ban OTC NAC for decades but keeps failing due to pushback, amino acids being just a simple food substance. Although they did succeed somewhat with Tryptophan due to a toxic contaminated batch from Japan, which the FDA used as a pretense to regulate OTC sales.
