The Trump landslide

Tonight, the map will be red.

Which the press, to the extent they cover it at all, will denounce as “The red mirage”. Much as Biden’s laptop was Russian disinfo.

What happens then?

The Democrats have long known there would be a Trump landslide. Their plan was to stall for time, and then run a coup, denouncing Trump’s efforts to prevent them from endlessly manufacturing ballots of unknown provenance and unknown chain of custody as “voter suppression”, declaring that they are defending the sanctity of ever American’s right to vote.

Stalling for time, however, is likely to be more embarrassing than expected. The Trump supremes are feeling their balls and are now pre-emptively shooting down stalling efforts. The Democrats will denounce the supreme court, and may attempt to continue counting freshly minted votes. Which may well result in no electoral college, or two electoral colleges.

If there is an oversupply of electoral colleges, and the House and the Senate fail to agree on which one is legitimate, then the Vice President gets to call it, so the plan was to hold a coup, under cover of mass riot theater, before the Vice President calls it.

An attempted coup is likely to turn into a civil war, as color revolutions so often do, and if it does, they will surely lose. As the Democratic plan lurches into view, I am seeing lots of cold feet on the left.

The fundamental attraction of leftism is “We are the winning side, we have been knocking over apple carts for two centuries, join us, and you get lots of apples”.

Almost immediately after Trump’s 2016 election, the supply of apples rolling around on the ground to be scooped up diminished markedly. A red map is a distinct hint that the current shortage of apples rolling around on the ground is likely to get a great deal worse.

The universities have been massively overproducing would-be members of the elite. Generally stupid people trained in stupidity.

As affirmative action intruded into every academic discipline, academic standards were abandoned in every discipline. Since all they were trained in is hating white males, we saw the massive manufacture of millions of jobs in hating white males, for example a Debian with a keen interest in social justice and no interest or ability to make Debian work, a Free Software foundation with a keen interest in social justice and little interest in free software, a Marvel Comics full of writers and artists with no writing or artistic ability.

What happened is that every academic discipline had to make its affirmative action quota, so could not continue teaching academic stuff, so instead taught social justice, resulting in a flood of stupid useless people with elite degrees from elite universities in every discipline, and pressure was applied through human resources to hire them.

The whole damned lot, a substantial majority of the younger elite, needs to be fired and put to work doing something that is within their competence, such as greeter at Walmart or barista at Starbucks.

And they know it.

Trump did not end the massive expansion of this career path, but merely slowing its expansion substantially, which started to bite in 2016, is having major impact. His recent executive order on critical race theory caused not merely a slowing of the expansion, but actual loss of jobs.

By and large Antifa, to the extent that they have jobs at all, work for the federal government, the quasi state sector, and in social justice activities of nominally private organizations that have turned into social justice skin suits.

And, as we recently saw with Marvel Comics, organizations taken over by social justice are starting to shrink. A red map is going to be a signal that a great deal more shrinkage is coming. Trump was making this point when he recently dumped on the NBA.

But, as with Pinochet’s Chile and Franco’s Spain, any victory while the enemy is still entrenched in the Judiciary, the media, and academia is merely temporary, just a breathing space.

If we merely get a breathing space before the civil war, it may well wind up eventually being fought under conditions far less favorable.

A peaceful or relatively peaceful outcome of this election still leaves us with armed hijackers in the cockpit, and plane headed straight to the ground, even though we will will have our pilot at the controls. For victory to stick, the universities and the courts will have to be cut down to size.

If we win this election, whether peacefully through our enemies conceding to the American voters, or by civil war, it will not do us much good in the long run unless that victory is used for and followed up by a decisive attack on the spy agencies, the FBI, the DoJ, the media, the internet monopolies, the schools, academia, and the judiciary.

That is a big swamp to drain. Constantine gave up on draining it, built a new Rome, and let the old Rome wither on the vine. We may well need to build new institutions, and ensure that the old institutions wither away. Time to rebuild Jerusalem.

One does not follow up civil war with more civil; in order to have a stable prosperous polity capable of flourishing, you need to put a stop to civil wars – which is to say putting a stop to the eternal civil war, which is the myth of popular governance.

Don’t be a fag, what’s happening is exactly what everyone said was going to happen. I know it’s emotional for a lot of people, but this shouldn’t be any kind of surprise and it’s nowhere near over yet.

Even the legacy media is saying that the swing states are “too early/close to call”, not that Democrats won. If you remember the 2000 election, I wouldn’t be surprised if this drags out for a very long time.

      • Javier says:

It is going as predicted. I still think Trump will win in the courts and the left will back down. We’ll have to hunker down in the meantime though.

  5. BC says:

Conservatives really don’t want to take the idea of ballot fraud seriously. They’re shying away from it, looking any thing else to attack instead of it. Trump’s got an uphill battle on this one without a smoking gun.

    • Pooch says:

Forget the GOP. His people and his voters know exactly what’s going on.

    • pyrrhus says:

There are massive smoking guns all over the place, like “finding” tens of thousands of purported votes all for one candidate……

      • Not Tom says:

Several statistical anomalies and statistical impossibilities. Barnes outlined 4 tests (vote distribution, historical trends, similar areas/demographics, and I’ve forgotten the 4th). And there is some newer, in my opinion weaker stuff going around today like Benford’s Law. There’s also the Veritas dump of the USPS whistleblower today, and several extreme and illegal irregularities like overseers being told to go home because counting was done and then having counting start again a few hours later, voters being turned away because counting had stopped (which, again, it hadn’t), etc.

Of course, none of these things prove fraudulence, but demanding the “smoking gun” is akin to saying “neener neener you can’t catch us”. Well, I doubt anyone has video of them making up numbers or writing their own ballots, but that’s not what the burden of proof for elections was intended to be. There’s supposed to be a verified chain of custody, and they not only broke the chain of custody, they ground it into dust and took a hot steaming dump on it. Criminal convictions, including those for fraud, are often on the basis of forensic evidence, there doesn’t need to be a “smoking gun”.

But the courts are stupid about this, or malicious about it depending on your perspective. They want to see “proven” cases of fraud. All that should truly be necessary to either invalidate ballots or invalidate the entire (state or county) election result is to demonstrate reasonable doubt over the outcome. If there are enough irregularities to make the average voter honestly believe that the election was or could have been stolen, then what’s the point in elections at all?

Of course, my answer to the rhetorical question is “none”, we’re much better off not having elections in the first place.

    • Karl says:

Conservatives always shy away from a confrontation with the left. They know that taking ballot fraud seriously leads to a major confrontation. So, of course, they are shying away from it.

Here’s a before and after screen capture documenting that 138,000 ballots were added in Michigan and ALL voted for Biden:

  7. Encelad says:

Apparently in Wisconsin, after they “found” the absentee ballots, there are more votes in the ballot box than registered voters, based on census. Now, on paper it is possible that people registered the same day, but still that would imply a overall turnout over 90%, which is very very unlikely. Could that be suspicious enough to launch an investigation?

    Excerpt:

Biden took Michigan magically when ALL 138,000 mail-in ballots were for him to flip the state. Trump did not get even one vote. It just appears there is a major effort to steal the election all to force Communism 3.0 upon the United States. Those who voted for Biden will not realize what they have done until 2021 and they will flip in 2022.

    […]

As one reader questioned: “Marty and team – if the global Marxist agenda is to provide guaranteed basic income which will destroy small businesses, who will actually provide the services and products that people want at the local level?”

    Another wrote in from London:

A tell tale sign in my opinion – watch big tech – they know if Trump wins they will be broken apart and taken to task. Every bit of + news about Biden sees them surge – payback for years of manipulation on behalf of the democrats.

    […]

I believe that 99% of Trump haters have no idea what they have just brought upon themselves globally.

    […]

Quite frankly, these people believe in Communism whereby the state controls everything. Schwab openly states you will own nothing. This is the very purpose of lockdowns – wipe out small businesses.

    […]

I am not sure how much longer free speech will even survive in the United States thanks to people like Dorsey and Zuckerberg for starters. The agenda here is way too much at stake for them to allow Trump to win. All they will do is create civil war in the end.

  9. BC says:

I’d wondered if Trump had a plan to stop ballot fraud but it appears he did not. Not being able to use the FBI and DOJ is a real handicap for Trump.

    • I researched a bit, but I cannot find out whether America has any separate body that conducts elections. In India, we have an Election Commission that temporarily transfers civil servants and high ranking police officers in sensitive posts to avoid undue influence in elections by the ruling party. Of course, despite this, frauds happen.

I’m surprised that American democracy allows such fraud at large scale. Is the system inherently weak? I guess in Westminster style democracy followed by India, fraud has to be carried out on the level of individual constituencies, which makes it cumbersome, expensive and risky by design. Electoral fraud still happens in India, but not at the scale where the Prime Minister’s position can be influenced by it.

      • BC says:

I’m surprised that American democracy allows such fraud at large scale. Is the system inherently weak?

When the media, cops, and Democrats claim that ballot fraud doesn’t exist then for most people it simply doesn’t exist.

        • A Honest Indian says:

I meant as in is it just a matter of mass printing ballots without having to customize and distribute them to individual constituencies? In parliamentary democracy ballots make sense only at constituency level since candidates are elected individually and a win by 1000 votes is as good as a win by 100000 but still the Fake ballots must be distributed across a large number of constituencies to be meaningful and the ballots has to be printed differently for each constituency.

Not sure if my point is clear though.

          • BC says:

The one well documented case of in Floridia involving around 80k votes in 2016 saw large rooms of people copying information from an existing absentee ballots but with different voter choices. They’d then destroying the original to keep ballot counts the same.

We don’t exactly what went down in MI/WI beyond the fact that a huge mass of votes came in as 80% Biden and then 100% Biden respectivly, both of which couldn’t happen statistically without something printing new ballots and tossing them in or having fraudulent ballots ready to go and just switching them while destroying the originals.

We also know these areas stopped counting votes very early in the day, probably in order to give them time to switch ballots out and determine the level of fraud required to win.

    • The Cominator says:

At this point he can sue, he can try to get a Republican state legislature in a state Biden won to send his electors instead, or he can try to use violence.

And to be critical of Trump on anything its personnel, if he couldn’t get the Senate to confirm loyalists… he needed to run the FBI and DOJ through a series of rotating acting heads whos role would be to rubber stamp a permanent unofficial WH head of the agency. He never should have accepted any Senatorial influence in picking agency heads.

  10. Shelby says:

Apparently some of the mailed ballots aren’t even postmarked:

    https://youtu.be/fCtacfvieV0?t=123
(Could The Supreme Court Decide The Election? | TODAY)

This outcome of creating contention over illegitimacy has been master planned. As explained in the above video, even the Supreme Court has been framed up to be in situation where Democrats will argue that, “Amy Barret should recuse herself and that Supreme Court is taking a case on appeal they already rejected to hear on 4-4 split, knowing full well it is hand the election to Trump.”

  11. hopinforabetterfuture says:

how convenient is it that Biden gets just enough ballots in Michigan to flip it. they added about 130,000 votes for Biden. none for trump. none for Jorgensen. none for the greens. none for anyone else. just Biden. that’s about as blatant as it can be.

we all knew this would happen but it is still not nice to see. like a sick man dying, its still sad to see it happen.

    • The Cominator says:

All the post stop and start count votes were about 80% for Biden…

But they probably were stupid enough that none of them were for meme candidate Jojo (I’ve seen memes where her count went down too) maybe that is something we can use as evidence.

  12. Calvin says:

Part of me can’t believe that they’re being so blatant. If we don’t go to war over this, we won’t go to war over anything.

    • James says:

Likewise. I don’t think it will necessarily come to war, though — I think we’ll win in the courts.

  14. What happened? Well, the three crucial swing states all mysteriously failed to count their ballots in time, and froze counting until they can print enough Biden votes to declare victory on Friday.

I am shocked that they openly dared Trump to cross the Rubicon. I predicted on Twitter that they lacked the testicles to try color revolution, but Jim was right and I was wrong.

Jim thinks Trump has the stones to cross the Rubicon. I hope that Jim is right once again. This was the last real election. Only three ways from here:

1: Trump rolls over. The left gains the power to overturn any election they want.
2: Trump launches legal challenge. The left rolls over. Trump becomes Caesar.
3: Trump launches legal challenge. The left chooses to fight. Civil war.

I suppose there is also 4: The left backs down on fraud and declares Trump victor after a delay. Though I doubt it.

I predict a Trump legal challenge, which will prompt the color revolution script, massive protests, and we will see what side the military takes.

    • Brad says:

He’s already promised to take it all the way to the Supreme Court. If they refuse to accept that, well, at risk of sounding like a fed, it’s on. We shall see if they are willing to die for this.

    • Karl says:

You assume that legal challenge lauched by Trump will be succesful. This is rather optimistic

      • jim says:

Obvious fraud. And, assuming usual Democratic levels of competence, likely to be provable fraud.

Trump has five judges on the supreme court that are unlikely to accept proven fraud – but I am not sure that the rules of supreme court jurisprudence allow them to review the facts of the case.

      • Aidan MacLear says:

I assume that if trump is in danger of losing the legal battle he sends men with guns into the courthouses, which means #3

        • Karl says:

I hope he does. Didn’t want to imply that your optimism is misplaced, but a lot can go wrong , especially in battles legal and otherwise.

I guess #1 already seem unlikely as Trump has claimed that he has won and made accusations of election fraud. I can’t immagine how the left could back down on fraud now that the ballot boxes have been stuffed with fake votes. Besides backing down from such a deed after the fake votes have been cast, is at least as difficult as organizing the whole thing. Don’t see anyone in command who could do that. So #4 is also unlikely.

That leaves #2 and #3. My gues is that Trump launches the legal challenge, but the left neither backs down nor starts civil war yet. Instead they take the legal challenge through the courts and use that time to go ahead with the color revolution script. I expect the courts to take a few weeks before a final decision can be made. Hence, probably no cilivil war this year.

          • The Cominator says:

The problem is you just can’t trust the courts in this case… lawyerdom is bullshit and judges are just lawyers with political connections.

Leftist judges you can count on to be good soldiers in these situation but right wing judges tend to actually care about muh law and muh legal principles (even though its all ultimately bullshit) Clarence Thomas and perhaps Alito understand the political reality, Roberts is on the side of the enemy most of the time particularly when its against Trump… and about the rest who knows.

Trump’s great weakness has been picking loyal personnel I don’t know if its because the GOP establishment has been mostly forcing him to pick them but he has been often downright bad at this he needs to pick his rubicon crossers carefully.

            • Karl says:

Leftist judges are a problem and on top of that a jury might also be involved.

Voter fraud is an effective part of color revolution. The call “He is weak” does not sound ridiculous then

          • >Instead they take the legal challenge through the courts and use that time to go ahead with the color revolution script.

Bingo. They can either cheat so much and so skillfully that they can defend it at court, or if not then the obvious plan B is to use a contested election as a pretext for chanting “He is falling, he is falling, he has fallen!” and go on with the color revolution playbook. Color revolutions are based on the perceived weakness of the incumbent, and during such a legal contest about the election results the incumbent obviously looks weaker than before the election or after having been confirmed.

In Wisconsin they just “found” 160000 votes that tipped the state as of now to Biden.

PA and MI will soon follow.

        • The Cominator says:

PA the numbers will be even more ludicrous. They don’t actually need to do PA as of now (because of the one Maine vote) they are likely to focus on Michigan.

    • Shelby says:

Oh fuck they’re reverting MI to Biden with the overnight counting of the absentee ballots:

      https://imgur.com/a/7f12jx1

Together with NV and WI that will give Biden the victory at 270 electoral votes.

Ditto GA, NC and probably even PA. See the screen captures linked above.

Trump is going to fight this shit. The next 2 months are going to be absolutely crazy.

Who actually conducts elections and does the vote counting in US?

I’m fascinated by the US electoral system.

In India, as most of you may no doubt be aware, we have the British Westminister style parliamentary system wherein votes are counted on a per constituency basis and the winner is declared on the first-past the post in each constituency. So to cheat, you basically need to cheat on a per-constituency basis which makes cheating much more difficult and cumbersome. Besides parties don’t trust each other right from the beginning and there are so many regional parties which control their states. This doesn’t prevent cheating of course, so cheating often happens only in certain constituencies where the candidates are willing to dole out currency notes on a large scale or try intimadatory tactics. Elections are conducted by a permanent (theoritically) non-partisan Election Commission.

Possibly its the best thing that can happen… every Republican is going to think this is fraud (Trump’s extreme overperformance in Virginia bolsters the case as the Dems probably didn’t think they needed fraud there)…

Read the Insurrection Act and start having people shot, this country needs a Suharto style leftist purge no fucking half measures all men who dispute Trump’s win must get the helicopter, all women who do so must be enslaved (on a non hereditary basis).

      • Strannik says:

Settle down. At this stage ballots are far better than bullets ever were. People quick to shed other men’s blood often have never seen it up close and personal themselves, and sometimes find they’re on the receiving end of bloodshed.

MN definitely stolen (absolutely everyone in charge is in on it), probably Arizona. It will come down to Pennsylvania. Counting votes, re counts, court cases, chaos in the streets. Strap in and buckle up.

      • The Cominator says:

Stealing PA alone won’t flip things even with the loss of Arizona.

            • Mike says:

              >MN definitely stolen

Lol no, I live there and you have no idea what the fuck you’re talking about. This state has gone blue every single election since 1972. Mpls-St.Paul is as blue as Seattle and contains about a fifth or more of our state population. The majority of that population is made up of effeminate Scandi fags just as pathetic as their homeland in Sweden is today. The fact is that just like Illinois, Washington, and Oregon, our red outland gets perpetually dominated by the shitlib urban center. Has nothing to do with some “conspiracy” or cooking of the books, we’re just outnumbered by docile faggots.

              • Strannik says:

At some point, the countrysides of some states are going to have to address the issue of being continually shut out of political power by urban degenerates. Maybe creating new states?

              • Javier says:

MN has been going red at the same rate as other midwest states but the difference is we have a quarter million Somalis living in a largely autonomous enclave in the middle of the city. They can print unlimited ballots with the name Muhammed Muhammed Muhammed no one can possible verify or legally challenge their legitimacy.

Omar and her family are actually part of the corrupt Somalian regime that melted down that country and fled here, because the stupid ass refugee system can’t distinguish between the victims or the perpetrators of civil war (not that it matters, none of them should be here). Fact is she and her brother/husband and all their inbred cousins are pretty good at corrupting and defrauding a pathetically trusting and naive election system as ours where everything is based on the honor system. So yeah every single Somali vote is a big pile of fraud and the election is 100% stolen.

              • Zach says:

Mike speaks the truth about MN. These people are degenerates. And that hideous slut Omar… that she won, can win, anywhere, is all the proof you need.

                • Mike says:

                  >But the difference is we have a quarter million Somalis living in a largely autonomous enclave in the middle of the city.

True, but it doesn’t matter. The state was as blue as the sky above in the 90s, when the Somalis were only just starting to arrive, and the whites here remain majority blue now. The fact that not even all of the suburban counties in the metro, or St. Louis county up in Duluth managed to go red tells you all you need to know. The whites here are the problem more so than anyone else, they’re flaming fags.

            • Strannik says:

But on the ground, actual voting, is a landslide. We are far beyond the margin of fraud, and stealing their way to victory is likely to result in civil war.

If they don’t commit massive fraud, we have won. If they do commit massive fraud, as is highly likely, we may well win in another way.

I don’t believe they will *actually* try to steal the election.
It’s too crazy of a plan for them for now, and clearly not feasible.
I think it’s far more realistic and in line with what’s happened in the past that they want to contest it, not to win, but to further delegitimize the president and to make the election be perceived as stolen.
They’ve been doing that for 4 years so it would be pretty much the obvious play here.
It’s simple to do for them and presents almost no risk. Just have the media do their spin and confuse the people. Maybe challenge in SC and lose.
It’s almost too easy to muddy the waters, just look at 2000.

    • Strannik says:

It’s too late to steal it, Ginsberg was their SC Justice that screwed that up for them.

So they’ll probably concede after a few days of bullshit.

      • notglowing says:

“It’s too late to steal it, Ginsberg was their SC Justice that screwed that up for them.”

I’ve been thinking about this too.
There’s no way we can know what is actually going on and who is planning what. We can’t see through the fog of war.

But imagine if they really had a plan to screw Trump for real, and it is actually Ginzburg’s death that did them in.
It’s the one event that it’s conceivable they did not, could not plan for.
Her dying by itself was not a surprise but it happened at the last possible moment for Trump to appoint a new justice, and too late for them to come up with a solution, even if they are very smart and powerful.

They couldn’t have come up with an alternative plan in time.

What if they really relied on her, and had the rug pulled from under them by an act of God?
We will never never know, but imagine.

        • BC says:

The Dems believed their own propaganda about Ginsberg being super healthy or as others think she’d been dead for a while (she was doing everything remotely) and someone found out which forced them to announce her death.

          • notglowing says:

            “she was doing everything remotely”
The simplest and most plausible explanation that fits with this fact and her death is that she was simply very sick.

I also believed she might have already died, until she actually died, which makes the explanation of her death being hidden a lot less plausible.

But you’re right, many of them did believe their own propaganda, however I only know of regular leftists, surely their leaders were more intelligent than that.
Ginsburg dying at some point in the near future was an incredibly predictable event.
It’s definitely possible they all drank their own kool-aid.

            • jim says:

I remember they announced she had cancerous legions on her liver a few weeks her death was announced but they downplayed it as not life-threatening. However, that very much is a death sentence when it spreads to critical organs.

My own mother died from cancer and it spread to her liver a few weeks before her death much like RGB so I don’t think they are lying. They were just hopelessly optimistic about her outlook as the entire medical establishment is hopelessly optimistic about treating cancer in general.

Flynn is about to be legally exonerated, Durham will start producing, and Trump will be on the warpath. Wray and Haspel are about to be removed to expedite this.

The FBI is toast. Trump Jr said dismantling it should be a top priority for Trump in 2nd term.

CIA is quite likely to become toast. First Haspel out, then documents released under Grenell or some other new boss, then suspicions on Brennan definitively confirmed by Durham (and/or the documents), then the nuking begins.

Trump will have 4 years of not much to do except revenge and taking apart the core of the Democrat business model, with no Special Counsel over his head. Media has gone over the cliff and will be replaced, with the current version of Democrats soon to follow.

That basis is already there, AOC+3+Bernie. And the insane coalition likely grows regardless of election outcome.

        • European Mutt says:

Easy to get leftists to defend Islam. Also easy to get leftist women to submit to Islam. But hard to get leftist priestly men to accept a religion other than their own and play second fiddle.

We may well see mass conversions of leftist whores to Islam where it is prevalent, which would mean real Islam will rule long-term. But if the men join first as a ‘strategy’ that will do nothing but slowly turn Islam into Progressivism, during which process it will be relatively easy to defeat.

          • Strannik says:

The problem for the ”priestly leftist men” is the whole ”men” part, they really aren’t men very much anymore, turned into half-Sodomites or full on Sodomites and thus largely a nullity with no impact on anything for good or for evil as far as I’m concerned.

            • European Mutt says:

Not disagreeing with you there, but this is exactly the reason why for the left, if it wants to stay left, Islam is not an option.

They tried to transform social democratic parties into Muslim immigrant parties in Europe, did not work, most assimilated to progressivism, some said fuck you and made their own parties that are either aligned to Turdogan or to the Muslim Brotherhood.

An opportunist, if he is smart, would now choose either established traditional Islam without any pretense of ‘equality’ or whatever, or the rising National Capitalism. Leftism is no longer the strong horse.

              • Strannik says:

So it’s Islam then. I believe that because ultimately the goal is to tear everything down that existed before, and the Muslims will accomplish that very well if they’re allowed to.

”Leftism” for many was like a train that gets you to your destination, and once you get off it’s of no further use to you.

Heartiste hits the nail on the head –

Why did Trump suck up to jewish power? He had no reason to do so.

The jews hated him before C’ville, and after C’ville that jewish hatred was cemented in place. Yet Trump kept serenading them as they called him a dictator and colluded to impeach him.

It’s illuminating, in hindsight, to realize how deeply that C’ville protest got under the collective jewish skin. It was that chant “jews will not replace us” that really sent them over the edge into TDS and open hatred for White Christian America. What jews heard — “jews will be replaced” — was a figment of their paranoia, because they didn’t want to grapple with the real meaning of that chant: “organizational jewry pushes for open borders to replace native stock Heritage Americans with nonWhite third worlders”.

IMO jewish paranoia is a protective mechanism to evade confronting their culpability in truly heinous cultural subversions and political advocacies, such as their quasi-genocidal bloodlust for literally replacing White Americans with a Star of David Wars cantina

  30. Korth says:

Franco did purge the judiciary, academia and the civil service pretty throughly. The establishment in Spain leaned heavily conservative until at least a decade after the transition to democracy; most were only forced to retire in the mid 80s when Gonzalez felt democracy was secure enough.

Also, social strivers avoided progressivism like the plague since the regime had taken very succesful measures to make Spaniards percieve leftism as low status. Society was depoliticized as a whole, normies did not identify as left wing or right wing, but in 1960 a newspaper ad for a hat shop in Madrid for example would simply consist of a picture of a hat and the pitch: “Los rojos no usaban sombrero” (“The Reds did not wear hats”; notice the past tense).

The actual problem with late Francoism was twofold:

-Upon winning the war Franco took the Christian command for clemency and compassion too literally, and spared the lives of way too many of his enemies. About 100k communist and anarchist war criminals both petty and major were convicted and shot, but almost as many fellow travellers were only sentenced to hard labor, and almost as many were straight up pardoned. Leftists are pathologically ungrateful, and as you would expect the survivors raised an entire new generation of resentful fucks who went on to become rank-and-file leftist agitators. Had Franco taken a full measure and straight up shot the whole 300k of them, the defecting young elites of the 70s would not have had an easily available mob of Red revanchists to use as pawns in their power games.

-The regime built an excellent education system, but did not provide enough prestigious jobs to absorb the large numbers of intelligent, educated ambitious young men that were graduating from it. Enter Elite Overproduction (I take readers of this blog are already familiar with Peter Turchin and his work; for anyone who’s not I really recommend it, eye opening stuff). A rigid ruling class with very little staff rotation and a growing number of ambitious competent outsiders waiting to overthrow is obviously in danger and this encouraged key members of the elite to defect on the system immediately after Franco died. The aging conservatives in the civil service turned out to be specially eager to defect; after all a dictator can hire and fire anybody, but in a democracy the professional civil service that is neutrally and faithfully executing policy must have its independence respected by governments of every color :^)

Btw the first order of business for the current “democratic” regime (read: libshit oligarchy with a figurehead king) was to raise taxes to unprecedented levels and massively expand the central government plus create 17 new state governments just so every boomer with a college degree could have the middle manager job they wanted. 40 years later the country is bankrupt both financially and morally and the people in charge identify with the losers of the civil war (although the families of 99% of them were at the very least in good standing with the Franco regime, indicated by the fact that as teenagers they were all admitted to upper middle class Catholic schools).

There’s many lessons to be learned from this, and I hope that the future American Evangelical Franco that is yet to come does not repeat our mistakes.

    • Korth says:

Forgot to mention that Franco also made the mistake of giving the aforementioned war criminals a full military court trial with a defense lawyer and due process, when instead he should have gone full Mao and encouraged right wing civilians to personally partake in the revenge. The more people with blood on their hands, the more people with a stake in your regime’s long term survival.

Failing to build a mass political movement (like Pancasila in Indonesia) that would survive him was a major fuckup, too. But the man was just a brave soldier and not a politician after all.

      • The Cominator says:

This is what I always say about the point of mass execution of leftists…

You want to make the cuckservatives carry it out (not your hardcore followers) because committing things your regime’s enemies will never forgive you is a good way of binding people to a regime. You want to make the normally pro Democratic Centre right severe their connection with Social Democracy forever.

There should be trials in some cases though, we don’t want people who aren’t leftists to get swept up in the meat grinder.

        • Korth says:

You definitely want fencesitters and moderates to get their hands dirty, but trusting hardcore followers to never defect is a classic mistake. They too need to be given a coat that cannot be turned.

          • The Cominator says:

Humans are a treacherous species but assuming that you will be betrayed by people who have always been loyal tends to guarantee betrayal.

          • James says:

The hardcore followers are less likely to turn, so there’s less value in investing in their loyalty. You already have it. Unless you just have so many enemies to kill that there are plenty to go around.

    • Strannik says:

Franco screwed up by not setting a legitimate Carlist prince on the throne of Spain, instead he went with the rotten illegitimate line of the Bourbons and they betrayed his government after his death.

      • Korth says:

Keep in mind that the Carlist pretender at the time, Carlos Hugo de Borbón, was unfathomably cucked. He literally wanted titoist communism but with V2 priests. If Franco had appointed him his successor, the army would have declared it a misunderstanding a minute after his death and found a replacement.

In my opinion, since Juan Carlos never had a forceful temperament nor a stomach for violence, he did not have much of a choice; all the key powerful people backing him up had made up their minds about what type of political system was coming next, and replacing them would have meant 10+ years of low intensity guerrilla warfare at the very least, full blown civil war at worst. I often do wonder if the country would be better off today if Alfonso the Duke of Cadiz had been picked instead though.

    • Atavistic Morality says:

Do you realize that your two points could be summarized into “the Spaniards sabotaged themselves”? Considering both groups of people are in fact Spaniards and the rest happily voted for it, and even after going through all of this you can still hear the people talking about the “magix of dEMoCRaCy”… that is not his fault. The great majority of the people voted yes to a constitution and dismantling “Francoism” just a bit after his death, do you understand this?

    • Oscar C. says:

      Are you Spanish? I am.

The key mistake in your analysis is thinking that Francoism was, in its deepest core, a bona fide ideological battle. A common misconception in rightist circles.

Francoism was first and foremost a regime of the moneyed ruling classes, landowners in the south, Catalan industrialists, etc. Millionaire Juan March financed the coup from the get-go.

Falangists and carlists soon learnt this. By the 1960s the regime was a technocracy with several Opus Dei members in the Council of Ministers, and the single party FET-JONS being just an increasingly hollowed-out renmant of the philo-fascist 1940s.

That is why the transition to democracy functioned so well, because those moneyed classes were given assurance that their wealth would remain untouched. The 1976 amnesty freed Basque ETA terrorists with blood on their hands, but also made Francoists untouchable in the future. A famous policeman which had been repeatedly accused of torture, “Billy el Niño”, died recently without much worries.

On Spanish Twittter I interact a lot with right-wing people who can’t understand the spineless center-right Partido Popular. The reason is simple: like Conservatism Inc. in America, the focus of “the Right” in Spain has always been the Chamber of Commerce and making money rather any real battle of ideas.

And the same goes for the grassroots right-wing types. Aside from highly religious people and a few real reactionnaries here and there, the rest is deeply Europhile and modernist. The new populist right party VOX is more hardcore, but it is unclear whether the culture warriors inside will prevail over the ones focused on fiscal conservatism.

As long as conservative voters are more infurated about the Catalan language being taught in schools than unemployment or the difficulties of family formation, there is little hope.

Have the media declare him the winner, then just start acting as if he’s president in the presumed hope that the government just goes along with it.

    • Pooch says:

      This is frightening.

      • Not Tom says:

And frankly bizarre, because even if he won legitimately (not that there’s any chance of that), it’s another two months to inauguration. I suppose they assume that Trump will just quietly let them take over the White House rather than posting armed guards and charging up the AA batteries.

    • simplyconnected says:

      From the article:

If news organizations declare Joe Biden the mathematical president-elect, […] he’ll begin forming his government and looking presidential — and won’t yield to doubts Trump might try to sow.

Media decides the election, no mention of the actual vote counts. Good Lord.

It’s good I guess that Milley promised no military role, but why does even need to talk to the fake media to say this.

Its not going to work for Biden anymore than it worked for that fat ugly negress Stacey Abrams.

    • Strannik says:

This is the ink of a squid fleeing a predator. A trial balloon on the level of psychological warfare.

When they see the vote totals tonight, they’re going to collectively shit themselves, and in my opinion, Biden will likely concede tonight.

      • jim says:

What makes peaceful transition of power possible is the concession speech.

        If no concession, blood.

If the losers, backed by the mainstream media, the judiciary, astroturfed rioters, and so forth, refuse to concede, they will have to be arrested. If arrest difficult, killed.

        • Pooch says:

Did Hillary concede? I don’t recall her ever doing so and she was eventually ignored. She did not claim victory though, which it seems Biden is planning on doing.

          • The Cominator says:

            Hillary conceded than semi unconceded.

          • BC says:

Not really. The speech the next day(She was too drunk the night before) was labeled a concession speech but it was mostly a call to arms blaming the Russians.

        • Strannik says:

Biden will concede. He was always more about setting up himself and his children and grandchildren with wealth for life. If that’s protected somewhat, he’ll concede.

          • Mister Grumpus says:

Of course. I’m so dumb. That’s what the laptop is for. For right now.

“We have the laptop, Joe, but we could lose it again if you do the right thing tonight.”

I’ve not once heard a “lock him up” chant at a recent Trump rally. I only notice this now.

            • Strannik says:

It’s not ”dumb”, it’s a perceptual thing. Of course most politicians are prone throughout history to enrich themselves and their families and allies. That doesn’t get people so much. What rankles most people is the suggestion of degeneracy and of treason.

He concedes that can be ”fixed” for the common good of all.

          • James says:

And here we are, the next day, and they have blatantly cheated, putting 138,339 votes in Biden’s pocket while simultaneously counting zero — ZERO — votes for any other candidate. This is the most bold cheating I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how the SCOTUS handles this exactly, but I am damn sure glad it’s so obvious.

        • Calvin says:

Why do you think they won’t just try to wait him out? Every election is less and less favorable to a right wing populist, if I were the Dems I’d tars wrangle the worst of the leftists, allow Trump to take care of the rest, and then spend the next four years patiently running out the clock under the pretense that civil society still exists as normal. A war now would be their worst possible bet.

          • Strannik says:

These people now running things seem to have a low time preference. Being infidels for the most part, they want everything done while they’re still alive. Means the leadership must be pretty old.

          • The Cominator says:

If the left had just stayed at early Obama’s form of leftism demographics would have been destiny.

But at this stage of leftism’s purity spiral its gotten so vile that minority men of all kinds and at least some hispanic women are defecting to Trump in droves. They might like preferences and gibs, they don’t want the government to kill business entirely or to cut their dicks off. So its not clear that minorities will save them at all.

Florida has gone well because local shitlords can redpill minorities faster than woke transplants from the Northeast can arrive.

Also leftists tend to have a HIGH time preference (short term orientation is a HIGH time preference, I know its confusing to me too) compared to right wingers so yeah the leadership wants to win it all now.

            • Strannik says:

Pretty much what you’ve said. I’ve got a few ideas percolating more about why this is so, but i’d rather hold off until this is over and done for the most part.

            • Not Tom says:

One of Teddy’s more uncharacteristically useful analyses may help here. “Demography is destiny” is a linear, univariate model which gives wrong results because the system is nonlinear and multivariate: changes in demographics cause changes in behavior.

We’ll know this is the case if we see a significant shift of the black male vote toward Trump. That’s not because Trump is doing the best job of pandering, but because the demographic changes eventually affect their behavior too.

              • Pooch says:

The left is becoming so anti-male in addition to anti-white that it’s starting to affect even non-white men negatively.

                • James says:

Especially hispanics. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn in retrospect that Hispanic men voted for Trump more than Biden this election. The fact that many hispanics are mixed race whites, who want to raise families, have businesses, and honor God puts them pretty close to the top of the list of people being shit on.

  32. Robert says:

I think an alternative to the universities is doable. A cheap two year rigorous real life education. I studied engineering, but learned most of the real skills on the job, what you really learn in school is discipline and organization. You would still teach hard subjects, but you would get “back to the basics of life” you could even do it in some low rent flyover area of the country like Lukenbach Texas. Companies can teach details, they don’t want to teach people to be on time and how to form complete sentences. Would take some time to build a name for yourself/break into that area.

    • European Mutt says:

Paid apprenticeships, three years for jobs like hairdresser, mechanic, coder or engineer (of course differing by IQ and talent of those who get accepted, but not by sheer length of time), maybe five years for doctors and lawyers, starting at age 13. That’s where you learn all the discipline as well as the craft.

Then they can start out with a decent job at 16 or 18, marry and own a house soon after.

Companies are already able to do this, they are just outsourcing it because it’s easier, at a terrible cost to young people. Remove Harvard and its conception of ‘education’ and a system like this will form naturally.

      • Oscar C. says:

I agree that formal education takes too much time. Also hard work and good grades in high school go generally unappreciated in terms of CV and jobs, which is a sad waste.

  35. Sulla says:

Reading a history of the Spanish Civil War was interesting for exactly the reasons Jim refers. An amazing victory by the Nationalist forces, followed by decades of their rule, ultimately replaced with a slightly less psychotic democracy. Spain, even now, still has Communists marching in the streets, literally, and Communist graffiti in various places. And their policies – look, they want to remove the cross at the Valley of the Fallen.

Winning this election is a big deal, for sure. Solving the problem is monumental.

    • I am not really sure why Jim is saying they had internal problems like leftists judges or media. I don’t know about judges but they censored the media pretty well. The point is, there was an external Cathedral making pressure from America. They were not sovereign. Everybody not-in-America from Franco to Pinochet had to face that. The great thing that makes it so much easier for Trump is that America is sovereign. He does not have to care one bit what anyone outside America thinks about it. This should make it a lot easier. So IMHO these situations cannot be compared.

      • Pooch says:

Was there much pressure put on Spain by the US post-Franco though? Spain seemed to have turned leftist after Franco died internally without much outside pressure.

        • I don’t mean overt and direct pressure. I know what I am saying sounds unfalsifiable and hence useless, but it is more of a deductive thing: if you are, say, in 1934, in a European country or really anywhere in the world, and if there is a Nazi party or a Communist party, you know Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union supports them. And what is more important, everybody else knows it. Thus, those guys are more influential than they would be in a completely sovereign isolated country, because power is where people believe it is. Everybody knows of that support, everybody knows if you arrested them there would be consequences etc. It was the same thing.

What makes Trumps admittedly monumental task still relatively easier is that there are no consequences from outside his country even if he arrests the whole Harvard professoriat. China does not care, they only care about trade i.e. money. And the Dems might be in their pocket but Progs in general are not, I think. Russia welcomes the change as they are tired of being the designated evil Putlerreich. It does not matter what the UK thinks, with Brexit they have no trade power left, they must trade with the US without really even being able to make conditions, it does not matter what Germany thinks, France thinks, and the rest even less.

          • The Cominator says:

“What makes Trumps admittedly monumental task still relatively easier is that there are no consequences from outside his country even if he arrests the whole Harvard professoriat. China does not care, they only care about trade i.e. money. ”

You would think that but then we got WuFlu which was a Chinese plot originally… the Democrats just amplified the hysteria the Chinese themselves originally drummed up with their lockdown. They prefer the corrupt Dems and hate Trump’s attempt to rebalance trade.

British intelligence has also tried to help the Democrats but because retarded progs nobody so effectively as China.

            • Strannik says:

Everywhere else in the world, people will live with America’s decision either way, but Trump is actually preferred. Even China can work with Trump if they have to, and Xi Jinping and Trump respect and understand each other-note that Trump even in his criticism of China never criticizes Xi Jinping, does he?

              • The Cominator says:

Xi deliberately locked down Wuhan EXCEPT for the international airport. Pretty clear he deliberately decided to increase hysteria AND decided not to really contain back when it still could have been…

And that the reason was to get Trump. Xi needs to have an “accident” if Trump gets reelected.

                • awildgoose says:

At this point it should be clear WuFlu is a CCP gaslighting op in retaliation for the tariffs.

All CCP employees and true believers in the West are in on it.

China is fighting and winning WW3. The West doesn’t even understand it is in a World War.

                • Strannik says:

You certain it wasn’t an minion who accidentally or not made the decision intially without Xi’s knowledge? No, you don’t.

Xi isn’t all-powerful in China politically, although more powerful in China than Trump is in America.

                • The Cominator says:

Locking down the city but NOT the international airport absolutely would have required Xi’s okay.

                • Not Tom says:

The problem with “accidenting” foreign leaders is that you’re very likely to end up with someone worse, unless you can install a puppet government, which America definitely could not achieve in China with its current capabilities.

I believe retaliation is in order, but that’s not the way to do it, assuming we even could pull it off, which is doubtful.

                • Korth says:

Confiscating all Chinese owned assets and renouncing all Chinese debt whether public or private and doing the same to every other country that does not follow America in doing the same would be a good start.

                • Atavistic Morality says:

                  @awildgoose

That sounds plausible, but it’s not like WuFlu didn’t damage them too. It’s more likely they fanned the flames for political gain rather than the whole thing being an op.

        • Korth says:

Nixon and Kissinger expected the dictatorship to continue, but the CIA and State Department had different plans for Spain. Franco was too old and infirm to rule, so Admiral Carrero (a staunch nationalist who wanted to obtain nuclear weapons and build an alliance with fellow pariah states Portugal, Rhodesia and South Africa) handled most of his daily duties until he was assassinated in an ETA bombing rumored to have been arranged by the CIA. His untimely death was very convenient for the faction of the elite who wanted a transition to democracy, since and King Juan Carlos couldn’t have just dismissed someone so popular with the officer corps.

Just like in Italy, Spain’s main opposition force at the time was the Communist Party. The CIA, MI5 and most of all West German intelligence spent significant amounts of money to prop up the center left Socialist Party, which ended up gaining a parliamentary majority after the first post-Franco elected cuckservative governments failed to accomplish any of their promises, antagonized their own base and mismanaged the economy. Controlled opposition psyops and a honeypot coup plot deactivated the civilian and military nationalist right respectively, and the rest is history.. Right wing Spanish nationalist parties lost their last seat in Parliament in 1986 and did not regain any until 2019. Vox is now the main opposition party, though, so many are hopeful.

The fundamental problem that any one country faces in shutting down leftism locally is that there are still plenty of apples rolling around internationally.

Trump cutting down title IX, his executive order on critical race theory, and now Section F, is likely to cut down the international supply of knocked over apple carts.

  36. awildgoose says:

    Praying for Trumpslide here.

If it happens, the next DNC play is to try and charge Trump with manslaughter for mishandling the Beer Flu response. Not sure how effective that will be because I feel Trump could easily jiujitsu those charges back onto Cuomo, Whitmer, Wolf, and a few other governors.

    • E. William Brown says:

A sitting president is immune to criminal prosecution – he can’t be arrested or put on trial, and is within his rights to simply pardon himself of anything he might be accused of. The only way to remove him is with a successful impeachment (which they won’t have the votes for), or a coup (which is looking increasingly unlikely to work).

  37. Not Tom says:

Has the Supreme Court already made a relevant (and favorable) voting-related decision? The post implies that they have, but I wasn’t aware of any having been addressed since ACB was appointed, except the one she recused for, which was unfavorable, like the ones before her appointment. Which decisions represent them finding their balls?

Also, just search Kavanaugh Wisconsin in google news to see all the mainstream media pieces collectively freak out about Kav’s opinion. He apparently had to even modify it afterwards after the shrieking, not sure why. I’m guessing they got triggered so bad by it because it sets the precedent to stop indefinite counting.

          • Not Tom says:

Interesting decision, and interesting that Roberts did not defect.

I thought Gorsuch’s decision was punchier (albeit shorter), but I suspect what has them chimping out over Kavanaugh’s decision in particular is the obvious contempt he shows for the “disenfranchisement” narrative about halfway through. That’s their best buzzword and he airquotes/scarequotes it as though it’s completely retarded and partisan, which of course it is.

Stalling for time, however, is likely to be more embarrassing than expected. The Trump supremes are feeling their balls and are now pre-emptively shooting down stalling efforts. The Democrats will denounce the supreme court, and may attempt to continue counting freshly minted votes. Which may well resulting no electoral college, or two electoral colleges.

I knew we’d won when ACB was installed. The supreme court is the ultimate weapon of legitimacy in US politics greatly reducing the cover they needed to cheat or start a coup. The media doesn’t have the time necessary to delegitimacy the court currently. But I still have to hand it to Trump, that was some magnificent campaigning.

    • Pooch says:

After Kavanaugh’s opinion on stopping the Wisconsin deadline from extending, I have seen quite a few lamestream media pieces already stating if the Court stops the vote counts that would be enough to constitute “stealing the election” for Trump. Obviously, Democrats would be convinced. The military, not so much.

  41. Karl says:

A shortage of apples on the ground does not diminish the attractiveness of leftism. A shortage of easily turned over apple carts does. Decades of leftward drift caused a general shortage of apple carts; the few apple carts that are still there are increasing better defended – thanks to Trump.

If the map is red tonight, this means that the left abonded any plans for large scale voter fraud. This would be victory of a sort, but not worth much. the situation would correspond to an enemy army that declines to engage in battle on this day and on this ground. By such a victory, the enemy does not lose much.

    • European Mutt says:

The abolition of parts of Title IX, the executive order about critical race theory and now Schedule F are increasingly slicing into the left’s power without them doing much about it. This means Trump is not only defending apple carts from future knocking-over by leftists, he chased them away from some apple carts while they were still busy knocking them over with apples already falling out.

To continue the military analogy, Trump is increasingly cutting off their supply lines. If they do not attempt a coup now, or do and lose, the same leftists will never rise to power again. They may certainly try to spread a myth of being the poor victims of the Trump regime and influence the next generation. Trump needs to make sure they won’t by continuing to make leftism illegal, including for political office and the entire civil service. The only moan and cry you will hear is about ‘suppression of free speech’, which normies will find ridiculous seeing as the left has hated free speech for decades.

Orban and Bolsonaro banned gender studies and have so far not been removed by leftist coup. Why would they succeed in doing this to Trump after the election if they couldn’t do it to those two?

      • Pooch says:

First the Cathedral needs to get rid of Trump. If it is successful at removing Trump, surely removing the Organs/Bolsonaros of the world would surely follow.

    • European Mutt says:

Forgot to add: If and when the Democratic Party does rebel if they do not do it now, it will already be too late. Defund leftist institutions, colleges and NGOs and they will have nothing to fall back on.

See Russia’s and Hungary’s party systems.

True, a victory today will make it a harder for the left to fight at a later date. How much harder will largely depend on what Trump does in his second term. My point is that the left would be weaker in four years if they tried a color revolution now and fail in comparison to not making such an attempt now.

The pace at which critical race theory and schedule F happened are proof to me that Trump is not going to be fucking around. Those are all things that every normie I know can get behind (“of course colleges shouldn’t have their own kangaroo courts, of course demonizing whites is bad, of course government officials who don’t do their job should be fired”), with more to follow, all things that are leading directly to the left being deplatformed and society becoming more sane in the process. This will immediately result in spontaneous outbreaks of relief among the population (sort of the opposite of what people are going through right now in the European COVID holiness crisis) and absolutely nobody is going to miss the left.

A failed color revolution would be a disaster for them I agree, although even that can be whitewashed over time. Antifa in the Weimar Republic was a huge chimpout just like today but they reused everything from it.
